The shower works on a straightforward pressurised air principle: pumped air inside the sealed container pushes water out through the 3m hose and adjustable showerhead. The water flow rate is adjustable at the head, and a built-in automatic pressure relief valve releases excess pressure safely if over-pumped — a manual relief option is also available for emptying the container quickly.
