In some cases, there may be delays in updating your tracking information. This is because our shipping service providers' tracking systems do not always update in real time.
However, as soon as your package is ready for delivery, you will be notified as usual – so you don't have to worry.

We strive to keep our delivery times as short as possible. Therefore, your order will be submitted to a fully automated process, and shipping preparation will begin immediately.
Once this process has started, cancellation of your order is unfortunately no longer possible.
During peak periods—such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day—delivery times may occasionally be longer due to high demand. We ask for your understanding.

As soon as your package has been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.
If you haven't received anything, it's possible that you accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order – or the email ended up in your spam folder. Please check this.

For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. In this case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package.
If an article is still missing, please write to us directly and tell us the following:
- Your order number
- Name of the product you did not receive
As soon as we have this information, we will make sure that everything reaches you as quickly as possible.
Important: Reports of missing items must be received within 7 days of delivery .

In order for us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

Please note that refusing to accept a package does not count as a valid return. In some cases, our products are shipped directly from external logistics partners or manufacturers. If a package is not accepted, it will not automatically be sent back to the correct return address.
To ensure that your legal right of withdrawal / return policy is properly observed and your refund can be processed without delay, all returns must be sent exclusively to the return address provided by our support team. This is the only way to guarantee a smooth and legally compliant return process.
