Delivery options & rates

• Free Standard Delivery on all orders.
• Express Delivery available from £3.90 (final rate shown at checkout).

 

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

• Standard: typically 4–10 working days.
• Express: typically 2–4 working days.

Deliveries to remote areas or during peak seasons may take longer.

 

Tracking

• You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Address changes & delivery issues

• Please double-check your delivery address/postcode at checkout.
• If you need to amend the address, contact us before dispatch.
• For lost or damaged parcels, please reach out via our contact form and we’ll open an investigation with the courier.

 

Part shipments

• Items in the same order may be dispatched separately at no extra cost.

 

Notes

• Express services may not deliver to PO Boxes or certain restricted addresses.
• Any delivery fees paid are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.
